How can we Write data with Carriage return in ASP?

If you are outputting text to the browser then
response.write "<BR>"
response.write "<P>"
should do the trick
I guess you want to know about adding line breaks to emails/files etc..
response.write "Hello," & chr(10) & "Dolly"
will give you:
Hello,
Dolly
