hello, just one basic solution (sorry for my por english) :
you use 
<div id="t1" style="width:100%;overflow:auto;heigth:250px">
 your scrollable part.
</div>
to print add button print :
<input id=button onclick=allPrint() type=button name=print value=print>
javascript part 
<script>
function allPrint(){
   t1.style.overflow = "visible";
   window.print();
   t1.style.overflow = "auto";
}
</script>
