I am trying to include a php file through <? include ... ? > but it breaks a line withing a <TD>...

Maybe the problem is with the <? and ?>  
try <?php  include ... ?>
Or maybe do the include somewhere else and not in the TD.
Even better give more information on your problem so we can give a
