How to display other language (Chinese Big 5) with imagestring() function?

There is no real way to do this under the current archetecture because 
the ImageString function assumes a 1 character to 1 font (see 
imageloadfont) correlation.  You can B.S. your way into doing this by 
using a subset of the chinese fonts and create your own font.  Then use 
the imageloadfont to load your font and pass it to the imagestring 
function.
