Yes you can, but apparently only inside frames. I have not found any information that indicates that you can print a page that is not displayed in the browser. There also appears to be some problems printing in Internet Explorer, but I suspect that this is due more to IE's poor implementation of JavaScript's print() function in favour of their own print routines.
