how do i hide the url when the html document at the time of printing

If you are talking about supressing the file name that appears at the
bottom of the printed page. I am not sure that you can. 
However, if you are talking about having a print button on one page and
printing a different page try :
<frameset rows="100%,*">
<frame src="displayedpage.htm">
<frame src="printpage.htm">
</frameset>
Create two frames but one is hidden. 
In displayedpage.htm use:
<form>
 <input type="button" value="Print" onClick="parent.frames[1].print()">
</form>
This should work in later versions of most browsers, but probably wont
in v3.x or earlier of any of them.
