How i can setup PHP in windows98?

When you download the PHP files for Apache (precompiled)
you should either run the installer .msi or read the 
install file for win32. I have done this many times with
no problems, just remember to read all the info provided
and the installation should be straight forward using 
either the CGI or module version.
