Hello, I suspect that's not possible. I tried to change file attributes (make 'em hidden) and then edited the folder-view-preoperties. Windows- Explorer hided the files I changed, but IIS kept on showing the files. I can't figure out a way to do it. :( But I really am curious of the reason why you'd want to do that. When you can access IIS, then you probably have got administrator-rigths. So why would you hide a file for yourself? (Or do you want to hide files for colleague-Admins? * Devilish grin *).
