What does the output of qmail-qread mean?
Why does qmail-read show messages that have been delivered?

Dave Sill, http://www.qmail.org/man/man8/qmail-qread.html

qmail-qread scans the queue for messages that haven't been completely
delivered yet. If a message has multiple recipients, it's not unusual
for some of the recipients to receive the message before others.
For each message in the queue, qmail-qread outputs a line for each
recipient including "done" if the message has been delivered to that
recipient, "local" or "remote", and the recipient's address.
