How to send email in windows PHP. I dont know how to configure the SMTP server. Can help me on this?

You need to install a SMTP server on your Windows based computer. An 
ideal way to do this for testing purposes is to download a freeware 
copy from http://www.download.com . I have used ArGoSoft Mail Server 
1.00 and it works fine. 
If you're talking about Windows NT or Windows 2000 then you need to 
configure Internet Information Server (IIS) on your server and you can 
find that documentation elsewhere. It's not a difficult task.
