How can I remove the horizontal frame scrollbar but maintain the vertical scrollbar?

Readjust/Reduce the width of your frame (Usually an outer Table) until 
the horizontal scrollbar 
disappears. The horizontal scrollbar only appears because the width is 
too small.
You also will need to check your page in other browsers (esp. Firefox) 
there's a couple of pixels difference in the visible area of browsers 
and you might want to make sure it works on all.
