I can see apache from SSL on the internet but not port 80? DNS is setup and working... Any ideas?

Several things to try:
1. Check your error logs and see if it gives any clue.
2. Make sure you mention port 80 in your Listen directive in httpd.conf
3. Make sure port 80 isn't blocked by and software/hardware 
firewall/ipsecurity you might be running
4. Make sure some other program/daemon hasn't already grabbed port 80 
for something else.
