How can you download an exe (with appropriate warnings) to a client and then execute it using php?

Simply said: You can't do that! PHP does it's Job at the Server. You
have no chance to make a client execute any Program besides using
languages based at the client itself. 
You could use VB-Script or something like that to save and execute a
program on a client's pc, but that is all you can do!
