Where can download the tutorial for learning linux(both Basic and Administration)

I think the first place to go is Just Linux.  They have these things 
called "NHF" (Newbie Help Files) -- look for those, and try some of 
their articles too:

Then after your brain is spinning from that, go to linux.org and click 
the "more" image under their headline, "What Is Linux?"  Here's the URL:

Another great site is the Linux Documentation Project.  They have a 
great big section for guides and "how-to" documents.  Try here:
