Can I have a calendar in my form and have the date selected sumited? I want it like Windows Calendar

My first thought was that what you are asking is probably beyond the
scope of JavaScript so you may be better off using Java rather than
JavaScript. There is a number of JavaScript calendars available in
places like that offer free scripts, it may be that you can adapt one to
suit your need. 
To get the same appearance as any program from the Dark Side though is
going to take a bit of work, probably too much work to make it worth
your while.
