You could use the same instructions as provided here 
http://www.faqts.com/knowledge_base/view.phtml/aid/11926/fid/55 to place 
the text where you want it (as opposed to over an image) or you could 
use position: relative; top:??px; left:??px in place of the above or you 
could create a table layout
