How can I get a page with text positions defined to be correctly displayed at different resolutions?

Oct 15th, 2001 15:28
Ben Gordon, Joćo Martins,

You should be able to do that by replacing position: absolute with
position: relative. Position: absolute places the object outside of the
normal page flow and places the element a certain number of pixels as
measured from the top left corner of the canvas, position: relative does
NOT remove the element from the page flow and can achieve a position
relative to it's parent element, meaning no matter where the parent
element is placed on the page (due to resolution) that the element will
be positioned from that element not the top of the page. I am fairly
sure that I have done a poor job of explaining this concept, so if you
have any questions please email me or come to the PageResource Forums
http://66.34.42.140/forums/ as I am there often.
