User Groups -- Can I meet real people

Rasmus has thrown out the idea of creating User Groups (Jan 2000) in 
different areas to discuss and learn more about PHP.  If you are 
interested, see if one is available in your area.
Chris Moewes-Bystrom has set up a webpage with contact information.  
Its list is short, but I am sure it will grow.  The address is:
