Security? Why does a file upload accessed via "onclick" give an access denied error on submit?

There seems to be a bug in IE 6. What I've done is cleared my IE cache 
and reset my IE web settings to their default settings. You can do 
this in IE by click on Tools >> Internet Options, then click on 
the "Programs" tab. Then click on "Reset Web Settings". Then on 
the "Advanced" tab click on "Restore Defaults". Hope that helps.
