Why first time popup opens without the content? Second time same window opens up with content.

Could you specifyin which browser this problem occurs???
I think I had that problem with NN once, but can't think of what I did
to solve it.
Maybe you could elaborate the problem a little, like telling us how you
invoke the popup, what browser you use etc. 
Any detail may be of some help finding the problem. :)
