I would like to disable on my webpage ctrl alt delete and exit it when page exits - any language!!!!

Well, that will be very hard to realize. JavaScript is not able to
capture that key-sequence, neither is Java (well it can capture it, but
not prevent the machine from rebooting or react to the sequence).
The only language that could help you is C or C++, but there is no
plugin, that will make that code run on your webpage clientside
(security problems, different operating systems etc.).
So I guess there is no way to capture ctrl+alt+del and send it to the
system when you exit the page.
But why should someone press ctrl+alt+del when surfing the net, maybe
only if his/her machine crashes, but then he/she will want the machine
to rect to that sequence.
Jean-Bernard is quite correct but an essential point to remember here is
that this key sequence is system related, not browser related. Users
would never use it to exit a program or a web page. At the point where
using this sequence is neccessary, the browser has no control or
influence over the system's pecking order.
