Work with lwq; 5 user accounts on the machine runing qmail but confused how they get there queued m?

How my users recieve there queued mail in /home/pop4test/Mailbox?

When there is an alias entry (.qmail &pop4test /home/pop4test/Mailbox) why this recieve nothing?
