Using js I'm afraid you won't succeed. There is no way doing this using
any skript language. The only way I know is to customize your Internet
Explorer using IEAK (Internet Explorer Administration Kit).

You might be interested to try a powerful free registry-tweaker called
XSetup (from XTEQ). URL: http://www.xteq.com/downloads/
It will help you to do just as you have asked, and a whole lot of other
things as well. I have used it for the last two years, and I find it
to be altogether stable and dependable. Just be careful how you use
it ... some of its more powerful features will allow you to deep-six
your system if you don't know what you're doing.
