what is the fix to make input boxes samesize in NS4 &IE so there are no errors on page resize in NS4

You can with a little experimentation make the inputs the same size by 
writing your code like this  <input type="text" size="18" 
style="width:138px;">  NS 4 will read and follow the size attribute and 
IE will follow the style property, so by adjusting the numbers around 
you can get the same size box in both IE & NS.
