Where can I find Apache performance compared with other webservers ?

If you do a search on your favorite search engine for apache benchmarks,
you'll likely find a lot of information. There are many web-sites which
will favor apache or IIS or another webserver. They may each tell you
something different.
The best way to find out for yourself about apache's performance
relative to another webserver is to use a little utility that comes
standard with apache called "ab" You can use this to perform
benchmarks against your existing webserver and against apache on a
similar hardware setup so that you can see how apache would perform with
what you have.
This has two benefits
1) You test on hardware/OS configurations that _you_ have
2) You test the particular kinds of requests that _your_ sites will be
delivering
