How to make qmail send mail for domains without A records but with valid MX records?

"qmail", like most other SMTP MTAs, does this as standard.  
This scenario is covered by the standard SMTP Relay server 
location algorithm that SMTP Relay clients employ.  There's 
nothing that one need do in order to "make" "qmail" do this.
