How to install phpMyInventory on win98?

First, you need to have PHP installed.  See the manual for details:
  http://www.php.net/installation
Next, download phpmyinventory from here:
  http://sourceforge.net/projects/phpmyinventory/
Within the package is a file named readme, be sure to read it, as well 
as a file named help.php  They explain how to install this software.
