How can I set a time limit for a form made by PHP (i.e.the value will auto transfer after a time)

Timing something on the client-side cannot be done in PHP, as PHP only
runs on the web server.  You can do it with JavaScript, but a client 
can
disable JavaScript, so this is not guaranteed.
