I want to login to zope management screen wihout using the login dialog. instead i use a login form

It is login into network, not into page. So you can use little trick to 
do as link:
http://username:password@your.zope.com:8080/manage
You may call this link in javascript, where username and password you 
will fill in form fields.
The bad sign of that is, that username and password is visible in ULR 
bar of browser. So you can hide them via frames.

Also, you may make use of Zope LoginManager API to implement a personal 
plugin for login users.
