How to avoid default warning message in browser when FileSystemObject is used in javascript code?

The short answer is that you can't. The default message is the security 
warning for ActiveXObjects from Internet Explorer. The browser can not 
touch the filesystem directly without this warning. 
However, if you are building an application for an intranet or client 
use, you could use Microsoft's HTA technology. HTA is an HTML 
application that will override the IE security model. This will allow 
the application to make use of the filesystem Object, Network object 
and WMI scripting, without any messages, as the ActiveXObjects are seen 
as trusted by the application. This will not work throught the web, as 
there is security message when opening an HTA. But, if the application 
is a stand-alone application, this method works well. Try a search on
