How do I dynamicaly change the alt attribute of image tag in NN4? I can change the src attribute.

i can do it, suresh kc, Sree Kumar,

use write function to do that
<DIV ID=demo>
<IMG SRC="xy.gif" ALT="this">
</DIV>
in your script

if(document.layers) {
    document.demo.write ("<IMG SRC=\"xyz.gif\" ALT=\"that\">");
    document.demo.close();
} else {
