Can i Connect to DB with Client Side VB Script ? How

No, that's not possible. A database only can be "downloaded" from 
client-side (well... not even all DB's ;-).
But can you tell me what you mean exactly!? I really can't imagine why 
you'd want to do that! What's the use?!
