Is it possible to work on a Clarify Case as a group rather than have only one individual own it and work on it?

Heather Jordan,

If you leave the case in the queue everyone with access to that queue 
can work on it and add information to the history.  Remember, when 
complete, someone will have to own it in order to close the case.
