Is it possible to get/post a session variable to another webserver?

No, that's not possible. But there are some work-arounds to it. For 
example, you could use cookies to store the variables, and then POST 
those values to the other webserver, by using a form. That's quite 
simple, but may be a little crappy. I'll think about another 
solution... This one is pretty interesting! :-)
