You can do it in ONLY IE5.5+ like this:

I seems to recall that this has an error in it, it should read:
<input onclick="WebBrowser1.ExecWB(6,-1)" value=print type=button>
or
<input onclick="WebBrowser1.ExecWB(6,0)" value=print type=button>
I cannot remember which and never bothered to retest it when it was
