How can I set the body tag attributes for margins to zero using innerhtml.replace?

Use the style command 
body {marginwidth : 0; }
That should take care of all margins.

     Nowadays that should be:
body {margin: 0; }
     ...or, since this is a JavaScript FAQTS folder:
document.body.style.margin = "0px";
