Use rblsmtpd it's part of ucspi-tcp which you should be using to handle
the incoming port 25 calls anyway (as opposed to xinetd or inetd).
At http://www.flounder.net/qmail/qmail-howto.html#12 if you follow the
directions under that heading you will be in great shape.
