How can I redirect mail from one domain to another?

Say you want all mail received for any user at domain1.com to be sent to
the same user at domain2.com.
Put this in control/virtualdomains:
  domain1.com:alias-domain1
Put this in control/rcpthosts:
  domain1.com
Put this in ~alias/.qmail-domain1:
  | forward "$DEFAULT@domain2.com"
Restart qmail to activate the virtual domain.
