How do you get Data from a form,write it to a .txt file that is created on the Hosts computer

It does not matter how hard you may try, Javascript will not do what 
you
want it to, try PHP or Java.

     That is correct in reference to an Internet-based web page.  
However, for intranet-based or local-based HTML documents, IE and 
JScript can be used to perform that function.  If this is the 
situation about which you'd like to know more, then please post back.
