How can I view my own php files on my Windows XP computer? I don have a web host...

You can view/edit the PHP source code in any text editor (Notepad,
etc...).  You must have a web server w/ PHP to view the output of the
script.  See http://www.php.net/manual/en/installation.php for
instructions about how to install.  (This is English version, others are
available.)
