How can I find a program function the web-mail, just like Yahoo&Hotmail?

If you are looking for setting up a full web-based email system for 
your site visitors, the Scalable Web Mail HOWTOs on the horde site, 
(http://www.horde.org/ - Goto Papers..) is an excellent start. You will 
need to install IMAP, LDAP, PHP and Apache to use this type of system.. 
(plus a lot more dependent software though :)
We are just installing such a system and will redo this answer once 
done.
If you want a web based interface to check your IMAP or POP mailboxes, 
you will get a handful of them at http://freshmeat.net. Search for, 
say, webmail.  You'll find most of the webmail programs at freshmeat, 
you can also browse the Web/Applications section.
