http://www.rentacoder.com. This site operates a reverse auction service
for programmers - you make a bid against work posted by other users, 
and
they choose the bid which best fits their requirements.
Also try your luck at:
http://www.guru.com and http://www.it-globalized.com
These sites all follow similar principles, although their business 
models are very different. Guru charges for a monthly membership, 
whilst IT-Globalized and RentACoder charges a flat-rate commission. Be 
ware of signing up to monthly payments without a trial of the 
service...
