How do I keep my version of FreeTrade up to date?

Mar 30th, 2000 22:48
Leon Atkinson,

The easiest answer is, don't bother. FreeTrade is a toolkit. It's a
starting point. And what you get out of the box is fairly stable. If
a nasty bug is found, you may be able to graft in the fix by hand.
On the other hand, if you all you've changed are the layout and
navigation modules, you are probably safe doing a CVS update. CVS will
allow you to do a file-by-file comparison of changes. You can do
a "CVS update" on the files you know you haven't changed, and then be
bit more careful with ones you have.
