what is the meaning of this poem

Shashank Tripathi, ERFAN BEHROYAN,

How whould one hug dearly at night the gal who gets up every
morning enclasped by another nightingale

That is an interesting question. :)
Not being accustomed to answering such requests, particularly on the
faqts site, please take my humble attempt as passing thoughts of an
amateur.
1. The spelling in the poem is not exactly immaculate. Is this the full
poem, or a part of it?
2. It sounds to me like either a lesbian poem (i.e., the poet seems to
indicate his reluctance to hold his woman because she gets up with a
"nightingale", another woman) or a poem that uses the word "nightingale"
to stand for something else. For instance, since a nightingale is a
chirpy, melodious bird, perhaps this poem could be about a woman who is
passionate about her career as a singer, and is always totally immersed
in her passion -- leaving little time for the poet? If you provide some
more info about the context of the poem perhaps I can come up with more
thoughts.
3. Above all, why should poems necessarily _make sense_? A poem can, and
imho should, be enjoyed without being subjected to too much analysis.
When you eat, do you sit back and think in detail about what the steak
really means and signifies, or do you just eat it and savor it? :)
