When I upload a picture from a form it is stored in a temp file. How do I access this or get it stored someplace else ?

(I believe this is actually a Perl question)
Using the CGI.pm Perl module you can upload a file, and then decide 
where it gets stored.
http://www.wiley.com/legacy/compbooks/stein/ looks to be an excellent 
resource for learning about the CGI module.
