How can i submit the changed form field variables instead of all from field variables in a page ?

Use two forms:
The first to gather the user data, and write any changed data to 
variables. (without 'Submit' button)
The second form includes just the submit button, and onClick gathers 
together all the changed variables.
The submit button posts only the variables changed in the first form 
edit, not the whole form values.
