What is the CSS for 'cellspacing'. I've tried 'border-spacing' but that doesn't seem to work.

td {margin-width:5px;}
margin-top-width is also possible, as well as margin-left-width,
margin-right-width and margin-bottom-width. 
Note: the statment margin-width:5px; leads to a cell-spacing of 10px,
since the left and right margin contribute to the spacing.
