How to allow access by .HTPASSWD and IP to the same area

Use the Satisfy directive to configure how host-based and password
based access restrictions interact.  "Satisfy any" means that
a request that passes EITHER host or password based access control
will be allowed.  "Satisfy all" means a request that passes BOTH
host and password based access control will be allowed.
