Can a div tag with a style attribute have a bordercolor property? Can someone please give an example

try this in Mozilla, it will work:
div[style] {border:1px solid red;}
then, the divs containing a style-attribute will show a red solid border.
The test in MSIE failes, however you can set the CSS directive into the
style-attribute, this will work in MSIE and Mozilla.
