How do I change the name of the nohup.out file?

Nohup is famous for its sparse --help and manpage documentation regardless
of unix flavor:
Just redirect the output of nohup (yes nohup, not your program)
eg:   nohup ls -l > test.out
The output of ls -l now goes to test.out
